My brother Frank posted this photo of my dad (far right) for Father's
day. My ol' man coached both football and baseball for several years in
my hometown of Troy Michigan. He approached coaching with a lively
sense of fun along with an amazing commitment to getting every kid into
the game. He made every kid feel relevant, which allowed us to win the
league several years running. Good times. (I'm the kid front, lower left.)
